The Village of Minerva is excited to announce the launch of our updated customer portal,
which provides a seamless way to manage utility accounts, monitor payments, and enroll in Text to Pay, Autopay and paperless billing.
To continue making online payments and managing your account, all customers must re-register using your new account number.
If you do not have your new account number, you can call the Village of Minerva at (330) 868-7705 ext. 106.

Snow Ban Information
SNOW ALERT – VILLAGE OF MINERVA
Heavy snowfall is expected Sunday through Monday. Please review the following important information to help ensure public safety and efficient snow removal operations.
Snow Plowing Priorities
- Primary roads will be plowed first
- Secondary roads will follow
- Alleyways will be plowed last
Street Parking\
Residents are strongly encouraged to avoid all street parking if possible to allow snowplows full access. Parked vehicles significantly slow snow removal efforts.
Snow Emergency / Snow Ban Notice\
A snow emergency is declared when four (4) inches or more of snow accumulates on Village streets. The emergency remains in effect until officially terminated by the Village Administrator and announced through local media.
During a snow emergency, it is unlawful to park on designated snow ban streets when snow accumulation reaches four inches or more.
Designated Snow Ban Streets
- Grant Boulevard
- Plain Street (West to Grant)
- W. Lincolnway to McKinley
- Bonnieview Avenue
- King Street
- Market Street (E. Lincolnway to Line)
- Line Street
- Main Street (E. Lincolnway to Valley)
- Queen Street
- East Street
- Any other streets designated by the Village Administrator during major or excessive snowfall events
Enforcement\
Vehicles parked in violation of the snow ban may be towed to the nearest place of safety at the owner’s expense. Violations are classified as a minor misdemeanor.
